General Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL
These general terms and conditions (hereafter “Terms and Conditions”) contain all of the terms and conditions for use of the services (hereafter the “Services”) offered through the website Realtex.ai om (hereafter the “Website”) operated by us (hereafter “We” ,“Company”, “Realtex.ai”)).
You (hereafter “You”,”Player”,”Client”) may use the Services offered through the Website if You open Your personal account on it (hereafter the “Account”).
Before using Our Website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering an Account with the Website, You confirm Your consent with the Terms and Conditions.
Realtex.ai is owned and operated Nine Bridge Media Ltd a Cyprus company.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions may be changed by the Company when such need occurs. We will do our best to notify our Players of any significant changes by email. However, we do recommend all Players to revisit this page regularly and check for possible changes.
If any modification is unacceptable to the Client, they may terminate these Terms and Conditions and close their Account. Your continued activity in Your Account in the program following our posting of a change notice or new Terms and Conditions on our Website will constitute binding acceptance of that change.
Our failure to enforce Your strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of Our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions. No modifications, additions, deletions or interlineations of these Terms and Conditions are permitted or will be recognized by Us. None of our employees, officers or agents may verbally alter, modify or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES
By accepting these Terms and Conditions You confirm Your awareness of the fact that gambling may lead to losing money. We are not liable for any possible financial damage arising from Your use of the Website and the Services.
We are not liable of any hardware or software defects, unstable or lost Internet connection, or any other technical errors that may limit access to the Website or prevent any Players from uninterrupted play.
In an unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by Us in error, We reserve the right to cancel all the wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all the wagers at the correct terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.

The Company, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:
Do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;
Do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;
Do not warrant that the Website and/or platform will be accessible without interruptions;
shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to Your use of the Website or Your participation in the platform statistics, predictions and risk analysis.
You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to Your use of the Website or participation in the platform statistics, predictions and risk analysis.
You acknowledge that the Company shall be the final decision-maker for any investment. Realtex.ai does not provide any advise and/or any information provided by Realtex.ai is solely for information purposes. Realtex.ai will not be liable for any losses for any predictions and/or investments and/or analysis and/or risks provided by the platform. The user is solely responsible for any decision they make for any real estate. You should not rely on the information provided by Realtex.ai and you should always obtain legal and/or audit and/or tax and/or real estate and/or banking and/or investment advise and/or any other related professional advise for any management of your real estate projects.

4. USE OF PLATFORM
The user shall not provide access to their Platform Account or allow using the Website to any third party.

From the date of payment for the service fee for the operation of the Realtex.ai platform, the user does not have any right for any refund for any reason. By registering and paying you accept the present terms and conditions. If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason your only right will be not to renew for another 12 month period the subscription service for the use of the Realtex.ai platform.

5. FRAUD, ILLEGAL AND IMPROPER USE
The Website may only be used for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered a material breach of these General Terms and Conditions:
• using the Website for commercial purposes or in someone else’s name or interest;
• engaging in any fraudulent activities, including, without limitation, using any credit/debit cards or other payment methods or funds not belonging to you, cases were funds are recalled/disputed;
• engaging in money laundering, terrorism financing or any other criminal activity;
• threatening, harassing or abusing other customers or members of our staff;
• attempting to attack, gain unauthorized access to, or hinder operation of, the Website, the servers on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Website, attempting to circumvent our security systems;
• attempting to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, derive source code or other information from the software connected to, or used by, the Website, as well as attempting to remove or obscure any proprietary notices placed on such software, or use it for any other purpose than personal entertainment;
• attempting to sell or transfer your account to other persons or to acquire accounts of other persons.

You agree not to bring harm to the Website or its reputation.

We reserve the right from time to time to conduct a review/review of the customer’s activity to verify compliance with the Terms. If, upon such a review, it appears that the customer is participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that we, in our sole and complete discretion, deem to be abusive, we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such customer or to close the customer account without any refund.
Should we arrive at a reasonable suspicion that you have engaged in a fraud, any illegal or improper activity, or have otherwise breached the Terms, we reserve the right to take any number of the following actions, at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice:
• immediately block your account and suspend your access to the Website and/or its services
• permanently close your account with the Website and deny any future use of the Website and the partner websites and make no refund.
In these cases, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Account and make no refund of any payments for service made.

6. JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the court of the Republic of Cyprus have the exclusive jurisdiction.
